You have already seen a landing page for English school Project 12 above. So every student of the school can sign into their personal account. There are many things that one can do with it. It is possible to reschedule a lesson, change the schedule, do homework using book uploaded here, check what lessons you've missed and marks you got, register for a free counselling and additional classes.
There are 4 steps, which correspond to 4 levels based on CEFR from A1 to B2, that students pass. Each step is marked with a different colour in the personal account. To motivate people I created a timeline where progress and a reward on completion of a step can be seen.
Following page is used by students to register for a course of English before they get the personal account.
They just need to select a step (level), time and place of studying and enter contact info.
Not only students have a personal account, but also their teachers. It is possible to check the schedule of lessons, counselling sessions, additional classes, mark students work and attendance.
